Acupuncture
During your acupuncture session, you’ll relax in a calm, comfortable setting while fine, gentle needles are placed at specific points on your body. You will find the experience deeply relaxing, often leaving with a greater sense of ease, balance, and well-being.
New Patient
A full history and physical, discussion of goals, treatment plan, including nutritional recommendations, full acupuncture treatment.
Existing Patient
60 minute sessions include a brief evaluation, discussion of goals, individualized treatment plan, acupuncture and additional modalities as needed.
Mobile Acupuncture
The same personalized, relaxing treatment in the comfort the patient’s home*
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient healing therapy that uses gentle suction to relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing process. Special cups are placed on the skin to create a light vacuum, drawing fresh blood flow to the area and helping release tension, stiffness, and stagnation.
New Patient

Existing Patients
60 minutes of whole body cupping. This can include moving cupping, wet cupping, fire cupping, stretching, and massage.
+ Cupping
15 minutes of cupping added to your acupuncture or reiki service. Multiple additions can be scheduled.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Originating in Japan, Reiki works with the flow of universal life energy to reduce stress, restore balance, and encourage a sense of peace and well-being.
60 minute session
You will rest fully clothed while I channel energy through light touch or by hovering the hands just above the body -experiencing a sense of soothing, calming, and grounding— leaving with a renewed sense of clarity and inner harmony.
+ Reiki
15 minutes of mindful energy work performed after acupuncture needles are inserted or after a cupping session.
